John Winters

I am a trial lawyer with considerable experience in cases not expected to settle before trial or appeal. I have tried to decision numerous cases involving $20 million or more at stake.   I have also handled multiple appeals. 

After spending more than fifteen years representing global corporations in reinsurance and litigation, I left a position as an equity partner at a national law firm to pursue a longstanding personal goal and start my own firm with my wife, Lena. Together, our mission is to serve our clients with compassion and understanding while delivering optimal results. 

Lena and I believe in giving back to our community. I have successfully handled numerous pro bono matters throughout my career and will continue to do so as a member of Winters Family Law LLP. 

Before forming Winters Family Law LLP with Lena, I spoke at conferences and published extensively on legal topics relating to litigation, with a particular emphasis on technology issues.
